They have intriguing conversations about the successes, challenges, and fears they’ve faced and what they did to press-through to a future filled with joy and hope.  Oh, and they laugh…a lot! These stories have resonated with folks and 19Stories has been recognized with a 2023, 2022 and 2021 SOVAS Award Nomination for Best Podcast – Producer.

Meditations will be practiced in “sprints” of 5 minutes, 8 minutes, and 11 minutes. After each sprint will be short writing prompts to write down and give participants actionable insights to take with them after the session. At the end of the session, we will host an optional discussion about our experience with the meditations, and what we hope to foster and focus on until the next Full Moon.  Full moons are said to influence the highest energy in each 28-29-day lunar cycle – a perfect opportunity for expression and gaining perspective.
